  • Additional leadership roles include Head of Department for Accounting & Business Management, Auditor for ISO 9000 and 5S systems, and mentorship of numerous students across different programs.
  • February 2017 – March 2020 : Senior Lecturer at Kolej Poly-Tech MARA Alor Setar, where she also served as Deputy Chairman of the cooperative society and led various administrative roles.
  • March 2020 – December 2022 : Senior Lecturer and Coordinator of Industrial Training at Kolej Universiti Poly-Tech MARA, Kuala Lumpur. Mentored 23 students and supervised advanced research projects.
  • January 2023 – March 2025 : Dean of the Faculty of Business & Accountancy, UPTM. She taught courses in HRM, Industrial Relations, Business Ethics, and Corporate Social Responsibility while actively participating in university-level decision-making through significant meetings (e.g., JKA, Senate Meetings).
  • April 2025 – Present : Associate Professor at the Institute of Graduate Studies, UPTM. Responsibilities include teaching HRM courses, supervising PhD and Master’s students, and serving as a committee member for Anti-Bribery Management System and Edu-Tourism initiatives.

Prof Madya Dr. Norreha Binti Othman is a distinguished academic and researcher with over two decades of experience in higher education, specializing in Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Management, Quality Management Systems, and Higher Education Institutions. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at the Institute of Graduate Studies, Universiti Poly-Tech Malaysia (UPTM), she has demonstrated excellence in teaching, research, and leadership. Dr. Norreha holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in HRM from Universiti Utara Malaysia, an MBA, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tulsa, USA. Her contributions to academia include supervising numerous PhD and Master’s students, publishing extensively in reputable journals, and presenting at international conferences. A recipient of multiple awards for her service and research, she is also actively involved in university governance and community engagement initiatives.
